Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Location: PRK Hospitals, Chandanagar, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Voice Process Executive to join our team at PRK Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming customer calls, ensuring no calls are missed, and maintaining accurate data records. The role involves managing both mobile and landline calls, with a focus on providing precise information about doctor availability and directing patients to the appropriate specialists. The Voice Process Executive will also participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Handling:

- Manage and respond to all incoming calls, both on landline and mobile, ensuring no calls are missed.

- Provide accurate information about doctor availability and direct patients to the appropriate specialist based on their illness.

Data Management:

- Enter data from mobile calls and maintain MIS data as per the given format.

- Handle all landline and package calls, ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintained.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and efficiently.

- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

- Ability to work as part of a team and take on a leadership role in training sessions.

- Prior experience in a similar role in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
