• Evaluate and process insurance applications and claims.
• Analyze risk factors and determine appropriate coverage and premiums.
• Communicate with clients to explain policy options and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Language - English and Malayalam Need more then 100+ candidates.
