Salary Details:

Freshers:

?16,500 in-hand | ?20,000 CTC

Experienced:

?20,000 in-hand | ?24,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally Maintain call logs and follow up as required Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Day shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift
