We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Voice Process Executive who is fluent in Telugu or Kannada to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our customers, and resolving queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone in Telugu or Kannada.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call resolution and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Telugu or Kannada (spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
