Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Present and market properties to potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and sales presentations to showcase available listings.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both parties' satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with property laws, market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Assist clients with documentation, financial options, and legal procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
