Voice Process Executive - Domestic Sales Calling
Job Summary:
The Voice Process Executive is responsible for conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a sales role or voice process preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Skills:
