• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Update and maintain customer information in the database accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in handling customer calls.
• Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets.
