Job Title: Voice Process Executive : A Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions via telephone or other voice-based communication channels. Voice Process Executives play a crucial role in representing the company and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. 2. Identifying and understanding customer needs and concerns. 3. Providing accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers. 4. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and pronunciation skills. - Active listening and empathy towards customers. - Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging customer interactions. - Basic computer skills for data entry and navigation of relevant systems. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve. - Previous experience in a similar role may be beneficial but not always required.
