Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Experience: Fresher to 6 months
Qualifications:
• Graduate mandatory
• Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Samsung products and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during calls.
• Document customer interactions and update records.
• Promote relevant Samsung products and services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
