Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate details
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Continuously improve by capturing and reviewing customer feedback
