BASIC FUNCTION
• We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer experience insight analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and data visualisation, as well as experience in the Voice of the Customer (VOC) field.
• The key focus for this role is to translate data driven analytics into actionable insights to drive decisions with stakeholders around the business. These will cover a broad range of areas from a range of sources.
• Apply qualitative analysis, data visualisation and storytelling skills to improve
customer experience and growth by providing relevant insight.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Expertise in data aggregation, cleaning, and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from raw data sets, such as customer data from email surveys, Web intercepts, Product Reviews and Social Listening.
• A skilled and enthusiastic storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives from data, transforming insights into stories that drive impactful choices, elevate customer satisfaction, and shape future products, marketing activations and digital products.
• Adept at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, ranging from analytics experts to non-technical audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of omni-channel marketing and conversion rate optimisation strategies.
• Proven problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven changes to optimise results.
• Demonstrated history of being a self-starter with a track record of pushing for
deadline-driven results.
• Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data
manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, strong
experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical tools - Adobe, Quantum Metrics and GA. Survey tools; Emplify, Medallia or InMoment. Social Listening; Brandwatch, Talkwalker and Sprinklr.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing statistics or related field.
• 5-8 years of data and analytics experience.
• Proven success in an analytical role is a must, with proficiency in data collection tools.
• Ability to communicate, persuade and influence, both verbally and in writing
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills
• Deep empathy for customer's experience, and the ability to translate it into new features, products, and businesses.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (required) with global experience (preferred not required)
• Digital marketing experience a plus
• Experience with B2B and B2C e-commerce/commerce
• A passion for learning, interest in technology, and technology enabled features and services.
• Genuine personality, positive and professional. Get stuff done type mentality.
