Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training NHT training Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function Providing Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills Required Candidate profile 3 to 4 years of experience in training Excellent communication skills Voice & Accent Training working experience Facilitation skills Good Interpersonal Skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
