Location : Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Mohankheda Jain Tirth, Rajgarh (Dhar).

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Vocal Music Teacher to inspire and develop the musical talents of our students. This role is primarily focused on vocal instruction, but may also involve some general music education. As a residential school, you will play a significant role in the lives of our students, fostering a love of music and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate vocal music curriculum for students.

Conduct individual and small group vocal lessons, focusing on proper vocal technique, breath control, sight-reading, ear training, and performance skills.

Prepare students for solo and choral performances, including school concerts, festivals, and competitions.

Select and arrange appropriate vocal repertoire for various student levels and performance opportunities.

Maintain accurate student records and provide regular progress reports.

Stay up-to-date on current vocal pedagogy and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or Vocal Performance (or equivalent).

Minimum of 2 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.

Strong vocal technique and demonstrably skilled vocalist.

Commitment to the emotional and social well-being of students in a residential setting.

Familiarity with relevant music software and technology a plus.
