Work Experience The Mentor must - Have at least 1-3 years of Indian vocal teaching experience Be comfortable with trying new ways and techniques Should be open to technology and using it as an aide to singing Be student oriented - understand the mindset and needs of the learner Show initiative and solution seeking Be comfortable speaking in English and Hindi Scope of work Primarily to mentor students on the app - advise, interact and mentor students To learn our app and know it like the back of their hand - so that app recommendations and aide to learning for the student can be made To take short classes on the app if the student so wants To contribute and help not just the Vocals but other EdTech verticals too (eg. with notation, editing, scripting, etc.) plus any other work that the team takes up To integrate with, understand and work closely with the platform which will host the instrument curriculum Preferable - To have basic knowledge and familiarity of DAW - editing and usage (eg. Logic, Cubase, Cakewalk, etc.) To ensure that content flow and creation is apt as per platform specification To take ownership of the above songs/ lesson units/ videos and ensure that the instructions given, playing and music of the tracks produced is up to the mark To map exercises and warmups with daily lessons/ proficiency levels To listen to, gauge and sort all songs (given by SIL) and categorize them as per Proficiency Levels and identify the key/ raags on which the songs are based on Skills: logic,editing,cubase,indian classical music,vocal coaching
