Hiring VMC Setter and Programmer for Makarpura based client company
Salary Range - 16,000 to 20,000 + Overtime Payment
Setting up and operating: Setting up the VMC machine according to job requirements and operating it Programming: Creating machining programs by reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs Quality control: Performing quality control checks and making repairs or adjustments as needed Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance and daily equipment maintenance inspections, such as lubrication and fluid checks Observing machine operation: Using precision measuring instruments to verify machine settings and detect malfunctions Selecting tools and fixtures: Selecting the appropriate tools and fixtures for machining operations Some qualifications for a VMC setter include: Diploma or equivalent certifications, Knowledge of operating a Fanuc controller, Mastercam or equivalent CAM software knowledge
