Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) according to production requirements.

Read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and tooling instructions.

Select appropriate tools and materials

for machining processes.

Monitor machine operations

to detect malfunctions or production errors.

Perform routine maintenance

and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.

Conduct in-process inspections

and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records

.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

; technical certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years experience

as a VMC Operator and Setter.

Strong understanding of CNC programming

and machining processes.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills

and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently

and as part of a team.
