- Program VMC machines using Mastercam software based on engineering drawings and job requirements
- Set up and operate VMC machines to produce precision parts within specified tolerances
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all machining processes
- Proficient in VMC programming using Mastercam software
- Demonstrated experience in operating and setting up VMC machines
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling concepts
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
