Salary Range - 20,000 to 25,000+ Overtime Payment
A VMC programmer's job description includes operating and programming a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to produce metal parts: Operating: Set up and operate the VMC, and load and unload materials Programming: Create, edit, and optimize VMC programs in 2D and 3D Monitoring: Verify machine settings and program control data, and monitor the production process Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems related to the machines Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks Supporting production: Support company production requirements Analyzing drawings: Analyze drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine optimal tooling and machine processes
