Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)
Reporting To: Production Director
We are looking for VMC-Programmer with following capabilities. ? Candidate with 2 Years of experience in VMC programming, should be able to do programming & prove out of component independently.
? Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.
? Knowledge of CAM Software - SolidCAM / MasterCAM / Delcam
? Knowledge of G Code - M Code.
? Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
? Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.
? Experience of Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.
? Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
? Knowledge of GD&T.
? Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.
? Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.
? Good communication abilities.
? A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.
