Position: VMC Programmer

Job Summary: As a VMC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) used in the production of precision components. Your role involves translating engineering designs into manufacturing instructions, ensuring efficient and accurate machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
• Select appropriate cutting tools for VMC operations.
• Use CAD and CAM software to generate detailed machining instructions.
• Optimize toolpaths, set cutting speeds, and feeds.
• Ensure efficient and accurate machine operation.
• Minimize production time while maximizing quality.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, NX).
• Experience with VMC programming and operation.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in VMC programming.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D programming for VMC machines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
