Job Overview Ameenji Rubber Limited is seeking a Junior VMC Operator with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our team in Medak. This is a full-time position where the candidate will be responsible for operating and managing CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality components. The applicant must demonstrate proficiency in essential machining operations and CNC programming, with a focus on achieving production targets and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
• Load and unload materials onto the machines
• Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
• Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and quality standards

• Previous experience as a VMC Operator, CNC Operator, or similar role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
• Ability to operate and program VMC machines
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
