VMC OPERATOR/SETTER -EXPERIENCES IN AEROSPACE
ONLY MECHANICAL BAGROUND -3-4YEARS EXP
QUALIFICATION-DIPLOMA/ITI
BANGALORE LOCATION
• Machine Operation : Understanding how to operate VMCs, including setting up and starting the machines.
• Programming : Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming for CNC machines.
• Tool Selection : Ability to select the appropriate cutting tools and parameters for different materials and machining operations.
• Blueprint Reading : Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMCs to prevent downtime.
• Setup Skills : Installing and aligning fixtures, workpieces, and tools correctly.
• CAD/CAM Software : Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Data Entry : Accurately entering and retrieving data related to machine settings and production runs.
• Maintenance : Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on VMCs to prevent downtime.
• Setup Skills : Installing and aligning fixtures, workpieces, and tools correctly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
