A VMC operator, or Vertical Machining Center operator, is responsible for operating and maintaining vertical CNC machines. Their responsibilities include:

• Operating the machine : Setting up and operating the machine to perform tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling
• Reading blueprints : Interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand the job
• Adjusting settings : Adjusting the machine's settings, speed, and feed
• Ensuring quality : Ensuring that the machining processes meet precision and quality standards
• Inspecting parts : Inspecting completed parts to ensure compliance with specifications
• Performing maintenance : Performing routine machine maintenance
• Following safety requirements : Following safety requirements and maintaining certifications
• Handling materials : Handling materials appropriately and safely

VMC technology is often used for three-axis work on a single face, such as in-mold and die works.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
