Job Description

Position: VMC Setter Operator.

Qualification: ITI /Diploma/BE(Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)

Ahmedabad Candidate will be prefered

Reporting To:

Supervisor/Operation Manager.

We are looking for

VMC Setter Operator

with following capabilities.

? Proven experience as

VMC operator.

? Experience on Control like

HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.

? Knowledge of

Cutting Tools

and

Cutting Parameters.

? Knowledge of

G Code - M Code.

? Expertise in operating

VMC machine and tooling

as well as precision measurement tools

? Prepare daily

production report.

? Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings.

? Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and

CAD/CAM

.

? Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height

gauge (TRIMOS),

Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.

? Knowledge of

GD&T.

? Coordinate with QC team and ensure

Quality of parts

.

? Mechanical Engineering skill and good

mathematical skill.

? Ability to give training to

trainee Operator.

?

Good communication

abilities.

? A keen eye for detail and

result-driven approach.
