Job title - VMC Programmer, Operetor (VMC 3,4,5 axis)

Educational qualification - Diploma (Mech, Auto, Mechatronics) / ITI (Any degree) / BE

Experience - 5+ years experience

Job location - Porur, Alapakkam

Opening position - 2 Nos (On roll)

CAM Programming (3,4 & 5 Axes using Master CAM software is must)

Knowledge on Fanuc Controller

Prove-out the FA in CNC Machines.

Knowledge on GD&T.

Experience in Tool selection and Special tool design.

Knowledge on Cutting tools.

Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.

Knowledge on CNC Milling & Turning machines.

Knowledge on PPAP( PFMEA,CP & PFD etc).

Rout cause analysis & Corrective action.

Continual improvement.

AS9100 awareness.

Duty Hour: 08:30am to 05:30PM (Day Shift Only).
