Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up

VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines

as per production requirements. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for precise machining. Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine attachments. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy. Perform

basic programming and tool path corrections

in CNC controls. Conduct

routine maintenance and troubleshooting

of the machine. Ensure compliance with

safety protocols and quality standards

. Maintain production logs and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

0 to 3 years

of experience in VMC machine operation. Knowledge of

G-code & M-code programming

is preferred. Experience in using measuring instruments like

vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges

. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
