We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer with expertise in sheet metal die design and machining.

We are looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer with a strong understanding of sheet metal die design and machining. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in operating and programming VMC machines. The role involves working on high-precision manufacturing tasks, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program VMC machines for sheet metal and die manufacturing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Design and develop sheet metal dies.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and product quality.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
• Collaborate with the production team for smooth workflow.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in VMC machine operation and programming.
• Proficiency in sheet metal die design and machining processes.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-codes and M-codes).
• Ability to work with precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Based in Sanand or willing to relocate from outside Gujarat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
