Job Description
High Precision Industry is a precision machining & Manufacturing company for Heavy engineering sectors located in Coimbatore, India.
We are looking for young & Dynamic Candidate for VMC / HMC Setter Role,
Minimum Requirments:-
• Above 10 years experience in VMC & HMC ( Fanuc ) Programming & Parts Setting Role.
• Education - ITI / DME / BE in mechanical engineering.
• Should have experience in machining of Valves and heavy engineering parts.
Roles & Responiblity :-
• Setting & Programming for any New parts and regular parts.
• Should be able to handle machines like Double Column VMC , HMC , CNC Boring machines.
• Man / Machine / Method Management.
• Optimize cycle time to achieve high production.
• Responsible for Production of quality parts in the respective shift.
• Train New operators for machines.
• Monitor & Report daily Production Log sheets , route sheets & Other production-related documents.
Salary will be fixed based on Total Experience & Familaity in Simalar machines & Parts.
-We are also looking for CNC operators for Double Column VMC , HMC , CNC Boring machine , candidates with experience in these machines can also apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
