We are looking for a skilled CNC, VMC Programmer with a Mechanical Diploma or Degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC and VMC machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. A deep understanding of machining processes, tool paths, and G-code programming is essential.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC and VMC machines using G-code and CAM software
Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines
Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy
Select and install proper tools and fixtures
Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot any issues
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Maintain the machines and perform routine maintenance
Coordinate with the production team to meet production schedules
Experience:
Prior experience in CNC/VMC programming is preferred
