: Data Management & Reporting: Manage and maintain project data using MS Excel, ensuring accurate tracking of kiosk maintenance, vendor activities, and project progress. Document Control & Management: Organize and maintain project documents, reports, and records related to kiosk operations. Procurement Support: Assist in creating PR/PO for new and maintenance-related work and process invoices to ensure timely vendor payments. Issue Tracking & Resolution: Use the G-Doc to track, and resolve store/kiosk-related issues across Pan India. Vendor Coordination: Align vendors for kiosk maintenance and ensure timely execution of repairs and installations. Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects, update stakeholders on progress, and ensure all data is accurately documented. VM Activities: Visual Change, Sending Wobblers, Danglers, Announcers, Standees to Kiosk.
