Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development:
• Design and develop engaging virtual training materials and resources, including presentations, videos, quizzes, and other interactive content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct virtual training sessions using various online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Moodle).
• Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to ensure learner participation and understanding.
• Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
• Learner Support:
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to learners, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
