Key Responsibilities:- Handling existing customers- Having a care for customer attitude to help existing customers & ensure timely delivery of their products.- Bring more products from existing customers for contract manufacturing.Offer them newer products from our basket & build a bigger portfolio. For that one should have a good understanding of Ayurvedic segment & a very good product knowledge is pre-requisite- Should be able to tour regularly & visit all customers on regular intervals.- Meeting monthly sales targets & achieving assigned sales targets.- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuit.- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data.- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Requirements: - Proven work experience in third party manufacturing/Contract manufacturing sales.- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues- Knowledge of MS Office- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in business development.- Strong organizational and time management skills (ref:updazz.com)
