Job Title: Merchandise Head

We are seeking a Merchandise Head with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management capabilities and a keen eye for detail. This role involves overseeing the entire merchandising process, from product selection to vendor coordination, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure product alignment.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
• Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports on merchandising performance and suggest improvements.
