: We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join Nuberry Kids LLP in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and be skilled in creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
• Create and implement attractive store displays, window arrangements, and floor layouts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain visual standards and brand consistency across locations.
• Maximize space utilization and product visibility.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize displays.
• Train sales staff on merchandising best practices.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and team collaboration
• Knowledge of current merchandising trends
