The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and executing window displays, improving customer experience, managing inventory, and increasing sales. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Retail and sales experience Experience in creating and executing effective window displays Attention to detail and organization skills Creativity and an eye for design Ability to work well in a team environment Bachelor\'s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
