Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Preferably Female Resource)

Position: E-commerce Executive Industry Type: Women's Apparel Qualification: UG (Any Graduate) Experience: 6 months-1 year Location - Mohali

What You'll Do:
Achieve sales targets with proactive customer engagement and upselling.
Ensure accurate transaction processing and daily cash reconciliation.
Deliver outstanding customer service and efficiently handle complaints.
Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising and inventory.
Manage checkout lines and maintain store cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs.
Provide accurate sales reports and valuable customer feedback to management.

Previous experience in retail sales and cashier roles.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
