Roles & Responsibilities :Window Display & Store Visuals :- Conceptualize and design impactful window displays that reflect brand identity and seasonal trends.- Ensure a luxury aesthetic through premium materials, strategic lighting, and innovative display techniques.- Focus on mannequin styling, color themes, and storytelling to enhance visual appeal.In-Store Visual Merchandising :- Design engaging product displays for racks, shelves, and focal points to maximize visibility and appeal.- Maintain a cohesive and premium store layout, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.- Implement and adapt planograms based on sales trends and inventory flow.Brand Experience & Customer Engagement :- Create immersive in-store experiences aligned with luxury retail standards.- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to integrate visuals with promotional campaigns.- Train store teams on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices to uphold brand standards.Collaboration & Execution :- Work closely with design, retail, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.- Source materials and coordinate with vendors for props, signage, and fixtures.- Oversee the execution of seasonal updates and visual refreshes across stores.Qualification Criteria :Any Graduate/ PGAdditional Information :- Must have experience in Visual Merchandising for luxury fashion or kidswear brands. - Strong portfolio showcasing window displays, rack designs, and store visuals. - Knowledge of visual design principles, color theory, and luxury aesthetics. - Hands-on experience with mannequin styling, fabric draping, and lighting setups. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D visualization tools. - Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and storytelling (ref:updazz.com)
