Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and drive team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall look and feel of the store.
• Create eye-catching designs that showcase our concepts and inspire clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotions and campaigns are effectively communicated through visual designs.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure that all displays are kept neat, organized, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about best practices and innovative merchandising techniques.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a plus.
• A passion for retail and a creative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
