POSITION - •Visual Merchandiser for Panchkula •

• Total Experience : 6-8 years



6 . Salary 30k-40k per month


Key Responsibilities:



• Handle the visual aspect of all Locations


• Ensure that visual Merchandising techniques are successfully conveyed to store VM's


• Create a positive customer experience in the store for generating walk-ins, giving



customer a Home Feel and in turn contributing towards Sale.



• Adhere to VM budgets of the store/Regions and proactive actions to reduce costs.


• Coordinate with the design team regarding upcoming events and execute them with keeping allotted budget in mind and consideration.


• Ensure discipline in implementation in the store/cluster. Ensure adherence to seasonal



Guidelines. Report to head of operations of any deviations 7 follow up with corrective action.



• Work on collateral plans, maintaining VM assets register and other VM element on Monthly



and Quarterly basis.



• Responsible for coaching store VM in creation of window displays and outfitting Mannequins



to elevate the styling.



• Ensure that all window and mannequin dressing is appropriate to the customer profile.


• Merchandise Planning according to the display capacity of the store.


• Styling/ Installing creative and commercial window displays and interiors in Cluster.
