•Techoftheday is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, talented and creative• •Visual Graphic Designer • •to join our growing team. The role involves you to be responsible for developing a wide range of visual assets that contribute to our brand identity and marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective and visually stunning designs.•

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative social media graphics for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Design brand elements such as logos, color palettes, and typography
• Create packaging designs that are functional, visually appealing, and aligned with brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality visuals
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders and obtain feedback
• Ensure final designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet all technical requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Visual Graphic Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, including social media graphics, branding, and packaging design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in AI based designing tools and Generative AI
• Excellent understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
• Knowledge of social media marketing best practices
