Work Location : 7 Deloitte USI Locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and ChennaiJob Requirements:Bachelors degree with 5+ years of work experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, including areas such as consulting, sales, trade marketing, IT, supply chain, demand planning, or finance.A strong understanding of digital transformation processes and their impact on business change.Knowledge and appreciation of software delivery/development and project management practices.Proven experience in working with global teams and collaborating with international customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.A self-motivated, accountable team member capable of working autonomously with attention to detail.Experience with tools that support daily processes, such as Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.Proven experience in working with global teams and collaborating with international customers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.A self-motivated, accountable team member capable of working autonomously with attention to detail.Experience with tools that support daily processes, such as Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.
