Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design unique, interactive web content to enhance user engagement.
• Manage and produce promotional content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Design interactive email templates, e-books, and other digital marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and reflect the company's tone and messaging in all visual content.
• Enhance the visual appeal of the company's web content to increase online visibility and engagement.
• Develop interactive animations and storyboards for promotional videos as directed by senior marketing management.
• Utilize Premiere Pro to create high-quality videos.
• Utilize InDesign to create stunning print-quality brochures/guidebooks
• Utilize Photoshop to create high-quality images

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent English communication skills, to understand written instructions and convert them into graphics and videos.
• Proven experience in digital graphic design and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other relevant design tools (Canva etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management.
• Ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively across departments.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in developing animations and interactive storyboards.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Figma would be an added advantage.
