Responsibilities: Design and Create Visual Assets: Develop visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations for our software product. Produce high-quality design assets that enhance the user interface and overall user experience. Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold the visual identity of our brand across all design elements. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding in promotional materials. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Work closely with the UI/UX team to contribute to the design of user interfaces that are intuitive and visually engaging. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve the user experience. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design alignment with product goals and technical feasibility. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design processes and product aesthetics. Key Skills required: Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, UI Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven 3-6 years of experience as a UI Designer, preferably in a software product or technology-focused environment. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on software product design. Technical Skills: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to cross-functional teams. Creativity and Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
