Visual Designer

Responsibilities

o

Conceptual Design

: Develop innovative visual concepts and design solutions for websites, marketing materials, branding, and other digital experiences, aligning with brand guidelines and user needs.

o

Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs.

o

Design Systems

: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all visual elements and platforms.

o

Visual Storytelling

: Craft compelling narratives through visual design elements like typography, color palettes, and imagery to engage users.

o

Prototyping and Iteration

: Create high-fidelity prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback to optimize the user experience.

o

Presentation and Communication

: Clearly articulate design rationale and present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions.

Requirements and Skills

o

Expert Design Skills

: Proficient in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

o

Digital Design Proficiency

: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant design tools.

o

UX Design Understanding

: Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.

o

Visual Storytelling

: Ability to translate complex information into visually engaging narratives.

o

Collaboration and Communication

: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.

o

Problem-Solving

: Ability to identify design challenges, analyze user needs, and develop creative solutions

Relevant Experience

o3 to 5 years extensive experience as a visual designer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions across various digital platforms.

oPortfolio showcasing a strong understanding of visual design principles, user-centered design, and branding.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
