We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging visual content for a variety of digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual design concepts for digital and print media including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and products.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are modern and innovative.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual strategy.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual design or graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
