About role


HARMAN is seeking a Senior Designer with 5-8 years of relevant experience, in India as •a Content and Graphic Designer• who will be responsible for designing and maintaining information and graphic assets. These include creating and maintaining the organizations' capabilities, offerings and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a culture of integrity and compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and improve personal professional competencies, specialized knowledge and skills in Building Presentation, graphics designing, 3D modelling, Video assets and relevant UX/UI design.
• Engage with sales and marketing Leads to build competency towards understanding HARMAN's Process, capabilities, and offerings and support them as required during customer engagements.

Technology / Business

• Content Design, Implementation and Deployment
• Design and develop visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand content requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials produced, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and enhance overall quality.
• Assist in creating other design assets such as infographics, illustrations, 3d models and marketing materials as needed.
• Provide support for ad-hoc design requests from various departments within the organization.
• Perform and communicate the impact of proposed changes to all parts of the Requirements and Management Handbooks by performing appropriate Impact Analysis.
• Implement best practices for content design and development, including audience analysis, content structure, and design style.
• Review and report opportunities to improve the content and, where required, raise a flag if requests compromise the quality or integrity of the assets being maintained.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors in Design, Graphics Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 5-8 Yrs. experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations, Wiki handbook designs and/ or interactive content.
• Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, Indesign
• Expertise in levering tools like FIGMA, Microsoft PowerPoint, Unity, Blender 3D, Adobe Premier etc.
• Expertise in wiki management platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
