We match India\'s best sales talent with top consumer brands, leveraging our A.I.-driven remote sales platform to drive more conversions.We\'re looking for a visual designer to join our design team.What you\'ll be doing

• Work closely with the marketing & business team to deliver designs that effectively communicate & influence the customer buying lifecycle; from discovery to closing.
• Active participation in brainstorming and ideation sessions; translate raw ideas into high-quality & impactful designs.
• Effectively communicate ideas and designs with team members and key stakeholders.
• Work within the brand guidelines to ensure org-wide consistency, and continuously explore and develop brand language.

What you should have

• Formal education in design (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in Visual Communication Design.
• 2-5 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles; excellent attention to detail; an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to create illustrations & re-mix as required.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; open to learning new tools as required.
