Healofy has raised $16M from leading investors and strategics from India, US, China & Japan\' Job Overview: As a Visual Designer , you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, actively involved in graphic and presentation design. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and create visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. You will work closely with the Design & Content Team and key stakeholders , presenting rough drafts and incorporating feedback to deliver final designs that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. Responsibilities: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative ideas, layouts, and graphics that enhance our brand\'s visual presence. Create and present rough drafts to Design & Content Team and key stakeholders, for feedback and approval. Demonstrate a deep understanding of design concepts and consistently deliver exceptional design solutions. Offer fresh perspectives and recommendations to elevate the overall quality of design deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and maintain a consistent design language across various projects. Stay up to date with design application changes and industry developments to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and relevant. Requirements: Proven track record with 3+ years of work experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar role. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work, including logos, catalogs, advertisements & various graphics. Proficiency in image editing and digital sketching software, particularly the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.). Strong creative thinking skills with meticulous attention to visual details. Excellent communication, time management, and team-playing abilities, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Ability to work on team projects and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work. BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant qualification.
