We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Communication & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a talent for crafting visually engaging content aligned with our brand's guidelines across social media, digital ads, and other marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, experience in social media, and some background in photography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and plan engaging social media posts, creating visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in styling product photo shoots, with photography skills being a valuable asset.
• Manage and post content on social platforms; prior experience in social media is preferred.
• Develop captivating content for social media posts, email campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising.
• Contribute to marketing meetings, brainstorming fresh ideas for customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with website managers and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing and other design-related services.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail in design and communication.
• Capture visually appealing photographs for social media and promotional content.
• Organize and oversee fashion photo shoots to showcase products effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Visual Communication, Fashion Communication, or Graphic Design.
• Experience: 1-2 years in social media content creation and branding.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.
• Communication: Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity & Research: Ability to generate and research ideas that meet international creative standards.
• Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Photography: Basic photography skills or experience in styling shoots is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
