We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist In this role, you will: Provide full scope of the day to day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities, Provide technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems. Support of the various testing activities related to the new implementations, Work closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world, Be reviewing, designing, and re-engineering processes with new technologies to improve performance, Be designing and driving the implementation of service offerings, capability uplifts and process improvements. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Minimum 7 to 9 years of production support experience, VisionPLUS knowledge mainly related to CMS and CTA, Should have knowledge of xMatter, TWS, FileAID, JCL, COBOL, CICS, EZTrieve, Kanban Board, Good knowledge of executing mainframe batches, Ticketing tool Service now, Good to have GCP knowledge.
